1. Incorrect PEN and/or Password

Please check with your school to confirm that you are using the correct PEN. For possible password errors, please confirm that you are entering your password exactly as you set it when creating your account. Check that the password you are entering is correct.

2. You have not created an account.

   All fields in the "Create Account" section have not been completed. Return to the Create Account page and complete your account setup.

3. There is evidence that an account has already been created.

   Personal information, including a password, have been previously submitted for this account. Check that the password you are entering is correct.

4. There is no information available for this account based on the information entered.

• Your PEN, surname or date of birth may have been entered incorrectly. Please check your information and try re-entering again. You may also want to contact your school to confirm that the correct spelling of your surname and your date of birth has been submitted to the Ministry.
• Your school has not notified the Ministry that you are enrolled in courses for the current school calendar year.
