PROGRAM PIN CERTIFICATION: Senior members enrolled in 4-H clubs deliver speeches and presentations, prepare demonstrations and educational displays and attend provincial 4-H conferences. To achieve a program pin
certification, senior 4-H members must either earn four program skill certificates with a score higher than 75 percent, or complete a Provincial 4-H Conference and 3 program skill certificates with a score higher than 75 percent. PROJECT PIN CERTIFICATION: To achieve a project pin, senior 4-H members must enroll in a designated project following the completion of their junior proficiency certificate and receive four senior skill certificates in that project area. The four senior skill exams are both written and practical, with 75 percent required to pass each exam.
