Citizenship & Social Responsibility Survey Logon

The survey is made available annually from early January to the end of June.

Participating schools provide students with access codes to enable anonymous logon. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and schools receive results directly. If schools chose to use a paper version, tabulating and reporting results are the district's responsibility.
