ENHANCEMENT AGREEMENT DEVELOPMENT AND/OR IMPLEMENTATION

Since the implementation of Enhancement Agreements (EAs), alot has been learned about the process of development and implementation. By exploring the challenges of community engagement, involving teachers and students, as well as working together to identify structures and strategies, districts and communities are keeping their EA alive. Those now involved in implementing their EA are creating effective strategies and practices to support their goals.

In order to learn from each other, school districts were asked to share practices that helped in their EA development, and strategies that are helping to meet targets for specific EA goals. Below are those practices.
