Did you Graduate between 1974 and 1985?

We do not have your record. Please do not submit a transcript request to the Ministry.

Please contact your school or school district office if you graduated, or would have graduated, between January 1974 and December 1985. During this time it was legislated that school districts were responsible for these records.

If you did not attend the University Entrance or Academic-Technical program before 1974.

Please contact the school board office where you last attended secondary school for your record. The Ministry only has transcripts for students who attended the University Entrance or Academic-Technical program before 1974.

Are marks missing from your transcript?

You must contact the last BC school you attended. If that school is closed, contact the school board office. Please do not phone the Ministry since we cannot make any changes to your record without confirmation from your school.

Did you not attend Grade 12?

Your complete school record will be with the last school you attended or at the school board office.

Did you not receive your certificate (or diploma) when you graduated?

Please contact the last BC school you attended, as they are responsible for distributing Certificates to students.
