Transcripts and Certification (Grades 10, 11 and 12)

When Transcripts are Available

In late July the Ministry produces transcripts for any active Grade 12 or Adult Graduation Diploma students who have completed courses during that school year. Revised transcripts are produced on a weekly basis during August and September. Transcripts are mailed to the student address that has been provided to the Ministry by the student's school.

After the June and August exam sessions the transcript states whether the Grade 12 student has qualified for a Provincial Scholarship. Results from August examinations are not available in time for September admissions to post-secondary institutions.

The Ministry also issues transcripts monthly during the school year for Grade 12 and Adult Graduation Program students whose transcript activity results in graduation or an upgrade from Regular to Honours standing.
