What to do if there is. . .
No sound
- Check that the power is on.
- Turn the switch from T (telephone) to M (microphone).
- Turn up the volume.
- Replace the battery.
- Clean and check the battery contacts.
- Check for clogged earmolds.
- Check for excess ear wax.
- Check for properly fitting earmolds.
- Young children often outgrow their earmolds.
- Turn the volume down.
- Check for clogged earmolds.
- Turn up the volume controls
- Replace the batteries.
If the hearing aids do not function after trying the above suggestions, inform parent/guardian.
