Survey Instrument Questions and Translations

The questions in the Satisfaction Survey were developed with input from numerous stakeholder groups. Experts in educational measurement, Special Education, teachers of early grades, and others provided further advice on both question wording and the response scale.

Adding Questions

E-surveys allow districts and schools the option of adding questions that are relevant to local conditions and issues. To add questions, contact AWIS at 1-866-558-5339 or email at dwillock@awinfosys.com

Instead of adding questions about human and social development, some school districts may wish to participate in the Citizenship and Social Responsibility Survey.

Translations of the parent survey can be printed as needed, but they can also be completed on-line.

* Note: Grade 3 students are surveyed if the school does not enrol Grade 4 students.
