Can questions be added?

Yes. It is recommended that schools work with their districts to coordinate any additional questions to reduce duplication and associated costs as there is a charge for questions to be added by individual schools.

Questions for the 2010 survey should be submitted by late 2009. This is coordinated by AWIS.

What format can district or school questions be in? (open-ended; different response scale, etc)

Any format is acceptable and they can have a different response scale from the rest of the survey.

Are technical analyses available?

Technical analyses are available upon request for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. Technical analyses have shown that the questionaire forms are valid and reliable.

How long does it take to do the survey?

It takes about 10 minutes to complete the survey online.
