ReadNow BC District Literacy Plan
In collaboration with community partners, districts have completed comprehensive literacy plans. The plans support all members of the community, from early learners to adults.

ReadNow BC Kindergarten Learning Project - Assesssment and Support Materials
Tools and strategies to help kindergarten teachers, parents, and school administrators support children's learning in five areas of early literacy: oral language, social responsibility, reading and viewing, writing and representing, and numeracy.

Provincial Student Assessment Program
Used to determine the level at which B.C. students are achieving the knowledge, skills and understanding prescribed in the provincial curriculum. Includes information on Foundation Skills Assessments (FSA), National and International Assessments and Grades 10-12 Provincial Exams.

Course Information for the Graduation Program
Detailed information on the courses available to students in Grades 10, 11 and 12 to earn credits toward graduation.

Handbook of Procedures for the Graduation Program (PDF, 989KB)
This handbook outlines procedures for efficiently sharing student data between schools and the Ministry of Education, and answers questions pertaining to provincial examinations and the graduation program.

Course Registry
A listing of all courses offered in the province from Kindergarten to Grade 12, including Ministry-developed courses, board/authority-authorized courses, as well as those developed by external organizations.

Provincial Learning Network (PLNet)
PLNet delivers educational content to schools and post-secondary institutions in British Columbia and brings opportunities and programs to communities who may be unable to access them though community partnerships.

Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID)
This program targets students considered to be "academically in the middle," underrepresented, or first generation post-secondary and supports them in improving their academic records and planning and preparing for post-secondary studies.
