Post-Secondary Applications

As a student, you are not required to provide your PEN for any purpose. If an application form or web site asks for your PEN, you may leave it blank. An institution cannot deny or delay your application in any manner, if you do not provide your PEN.

However, the provision of your PEN will streamline the application process and will avoid the requirement of obtaining and delivering a hard copy of your High School Transcript to the institution you are applying to.
