Educational Program Guide Order (PDF, 67KB) corrections made to dates and titles of IRPs, references to outdated IRPs removed. Effective December 18, 2008.

School Act (PDF, 578KB) School (Student Achievement Enabling) Amendment Act, 2007, provisions relating to School Planning Council’s role in relation to specialty academies come into force. Effective January 1, 2009.

School Act (PDF, 578KB) provisions relating to provincial industrial property tax credit added by the Economic Incentive and Stabilization Statutes Amendment Act, 2008, came into force. Effective January 1, 2009.

Independent School Workers’ Compensation Coverage Regulation (PDF, 42KB) extended Workers’ Compensation Coverage to Independent School students in relation to work experience programs. Effective January 1, 2009.

Accounting Practices Order (PDF, 27KB) repealed and replaced to correct terminology and remove a portion of the Order that is no longer in effect. Effective February 18, 2009.
