Common Disbursement System (CDS)


The Common Disbursement System (CDS) is used to support the issuance and monitoring of the funding to School Districts.

CDS Application Access

Access to CDS to view grant payments is available to School Districts.

A recommendation from the Secretary-Treasurer must accompany all District staff requests for CDS access.

Requests for access to the CDS application must be initiated by submitting a CDS School District User Access Change Request Form (PDF, 486kb) which includes the following information:

  • Full name
  • District name and number
  • E-mail address
  • Direct line phone number

The form is to be submitted to the Resource Management, Funding and Compliance Branch, Roberta Boisvert.

The District will receive notification when access has been granted.
