Training and Support Materials

The Training Materials should support the training process. It should help train the users how to perform their activities with the application system — not how to run each primary module.

This deliverable may include workbooks, overhead slides, case studies and lab exercises. It does not include either the User Guide or the User Reference, although the trainer may distribute these during user training.
