Light Master Project Plan

The primary deliverable of the planning process is the Master Project Plan. It describes the common vision of the project, the overall project management functions, specific deliverables and establishes the detailed project workplan and the budget. The MPP is an evolving document that will be constantly updated throughout the project.

The Master Project Plan Light is used for small to medium sized projects where the Project Charter and Master Project Plan can be combined.

Download the MPP template to view the instructions and begin to develop the document for the first draft.
