Project Evaluation Document

A post project evaluation is the opportunity for the project team and any stakeholders to look back on the project and to discuss and document successes and lessons learned. It focuses on the project management and the project processes, much more than on the product. That is because the product has only been in production or use for a very short while. The project evaluation should be done during project closing while team members are still available and memories are fresh. A Post Implementation Review, held three to six months later, will evaluate the product much more fully. The project evaluation review is documented into a Project Evaluation Document.
