Information & Technology Management Standards

The Information & Technology Management Branch provides standards and guidelines to give direction and guidance to those who will be submitting proposals to design, develop and maintain application systems for the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Advanced Education.

Proponents must read the information on these pages about deliverables, standards and guidelines, tools and references that are essential components of application development.

Information systems must also comply with Government wide information management and information technology standards. The Chief Information Office publishes government-wide standards.
