Sustainable Schools Forum Presentations Now Online

The Sustainable Schools Forum on February 9, 2009 aimed to inspire education leaders to create a culture of environmental sustainability in all aspects of the K-12 education system. Sustainability issues from both the operational and educational perspectives were addressed.

More than 300 registrants and school districts participated in the forum to learn about greenhouse gas reduction and sustainability initiatives happening in other districts. Webcasting technology was used at locations around the province to make this a low carbon footprint event.

Access the presentations online and learn how you can make your school more environmentally sustainable. See below for the forum agenda and list of speakers.
