Planning 10 is a graduation requirement for students on the 2004 Graduation Program. The four content areas (curriculum organizers) of Planning 10 are:

• Graduation Program
• Education and Careers
• Health
• Finances

Planning 10 is currently being updated to include content related to Graduation Transitions (formerly Graduation Portfolio Assessment).
