Staffing Qualifications

The Facilitator at every StrongStart BC early learning program must hold a current Early Childhood Educator License to Practice in British Columbia. The standards for receiving and updating an ECE License to Practice fall under the mandate of the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Early Childhood Educator Registry. Although StrongStart BC programs are not licensed with Community Care Facilities Licensing, the Ministry still requires that each facilitator hold a current License to Practice. This professional recognition ensures that each Facilitator remains current in their professional development and updated in their training.
