Electronic learning (e-learning) is an educational approach that utilizes computer technology, particularly digital technologies that are Internet-based, to provide instruction and learning experiences.
e-Learning is often used to describe distributed learning, or learning at a distance. Distributed Learning can also use a combination of into face-to-face teaching and distance education, in which case the term blended learning is commonly used.
e-Learning can also refer to educational websites that offer learning scenarios, worksheets and interactive exercises for children.
