James Gorman

James joined the BC Public Service in 1995 with what was then the Ministry of Employment and Investment. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister of Education in January 2008, he served as Deputy Minister of the BC Public Service Agency, Assistant Deputy Minister and Executive Financial Officer at the Ministry of Children and Family Development and held senior management positions with the Ministry of Advanced Education, Partnerships BC and Treasury Board Staff in the Ministry of Finance.
