What's New

  • Current Collection: Summer School 1701. The system will be available for processing the Summer School Data Collection files on Wednesday, July 8th. The files are due: July 24, 2009.
  • Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE). The SADE collection opens Wednesday, July 1, 2009 and files should be submitted and released before midnight July 31, 2009. This data collection replaces DL Achievement, and paves the way towards streamlining TRAX and other data collection processes.
  • Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS). The EDAS collection opens Wednesday, July 1, 2009 and files should be submitted and released before midnight July 16, 2009. This joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association will collect a broad range of data about staff in the public school system.
  • Course Registry: The Ministry’s new online Course Registry is now available. It is the most up to date source of information about BC courses (Kindergarten to Grade 12), including all Ministry courses, Board/Authority Authorized courses, LD and External courses.
  • Class Size and Composition. The 2008/09 Class Size and Composition web form will be closed as of July 20th and the data cleared out to prepare for the new school year. The web form will reopen in mid August for the 2009/10 collection.
