What's New

• Current Collection: May CE and DL Data Collection. The system will be available for processing the May CE and DL Data Collection files on April 1, 2012. This data collection only requires Public Continuing Education and Distributed Learning schools and Independent Distributed Learning schools to participate. All files are due May 11, 2012.
• Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE). The next SADE collection opens Sunday July 1, 2012. Files should be submitted and released before midnight July 31, 2012.
• Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS). The next EDAS collection opens Sunday July 1, 2012 and files should be submitted and released before midnight July 31, 2012. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public school system.
• Course Registry: The Ministry’s online Course Registry is the most up to date source of information about BC courses (Kindergarten to Grade 12), including all Ministry courses, Board/Authority Authorized courses, LD and External courses.
• Class Size and Composition. The Class Size and Composition web form is open for you to review, modify, or test different classroom organizations throughout the remainder of this school year.  Any changes you make to the data are for your own use or information.  The next formal data collection will be in Oct 2012.
