What's New

• Current Collection: September 1701. The system is available for processing the September Data Collection files on August 4, 2010. The files are due: October 8, 2010.
• Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE). The next SADE collection opens Friday October 1, 2010 and files should be submitted and released before midnight October 31, 2010.
• Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS). The next EDAS collection opens Friday October 1, 2010 and files should be submitted and released before midnight October 31, 2010. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public school system.
• Course Registry: The Ministry’s online Course Registry is the most up to date source of information about BC courses (Kindergarten to Grade 12), including all Ministry courses, Board/Authority Authorized courses, LD and External courses.
• Class Size and Composition. The Class Size and Composition web form is now open and available for schools to upload or enter their class size information. Updated instructions have also been posted on the website.  The web form will be open until midnight, October 30th.
