What's New
- Current Collection: February 1701. The system is available for processing the February Data Collection files on January 8, 2010. The files are due: February 12, 2010.
- Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE). The SADE collection is now closed. The next SADE collection opens Thursday January 1, 2010 and files should be submitted and released before midnight January 31st, 2010.
- Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS). The EDAS collection is now closed. The next collection opens Thursday January 1st, 2010 and files should be submitted and released before midnight January 31, 2010. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public school system.
- Course Registry: The Ministry’s online Course Registry is the most up to date source of information about BC courses (Kindergarten to Grade 12), including all Ministry courses, Board/Authority Authorized courses, LD and External courses.
- Class Size and Composition.The 2009/10 Class Size and Composition web form is now closed. The web form will reopen in late November as a tool to review and monitor class size and composition. The next electronic class size report is due in October 2010.
