CommunityLINK (Learning Includes Nutrition and Knowledge) provides nearly $50.5 million in funding pdf [9KB] to all 60 school boards to support vulnerable students in academic achievement and social functioning.

The funding helps districts provide services such as breakfast and lunch programs, inner city and community school programs, school-based support workers, and counselling for at-risk children and youth.

CommunityLINK policy outlines the Ministry’s expectations for the use CommunityLINK monies. Boards of Education are required to submit reports on CommunityLINK results by November 15 of each year using the CommunityLINK reporting template .
