  • What are Co-operative Education programs?

    Co-operative Education Programs provide students with opportunities to explore one or more careers; include two work experience courses.

  • What are Career Preparation programs?

    Career Preparation Programs prepare students for entry into work, continued studies, or post-secondary education in a specific career sector. They consist of 24 credits of study related to a career sector, including a four credit work experience course.

  • What are Secondary School Apprenticeship programs?

    Secondary School Apprenticeship Programs register students as apprentices in the Apprenticeship Information Management System; indenture students to an employer or joint board; provide students with up to first year credit towards their Certificate or Qualification; consist of a minimum of 480 hours of work place-based apprenticeship training.
