The Real Games Series is a set of six developmentally-sequenced career development resources keyed to the competencies and performance indicators in Canada’s Blueprint for Life/Work Design. Five of the games are recommended learning resources for either Personal Planning K to 7 or Career and Personal Planning 8 to 12.

BluePrint for Life/Work Designs provides a framework of the career development competencies required by Canadians at 4 levels: 1. Elementary School; 2. Middle/Junior High School; 3. High School; and 4. Adulthood. It includes detailed instructions (with checklists, organizational charts and sample needs assessment forms) for implementing comprehensive, high-quality career development programs based on the Blueprint competency framework.
