Anticipating Your Child's ResultsYou should receive your child’s FSA results and answer booklet by March 31. Like policy makers, districts, schools, and classroom teachers, you will have another tool to ensure your child is learning the essential skills he or she will rely on throughout life. In fact, you will receive this chart (PDF, 13KB) with your child’s scores for reading, writing, and math, sample multiple choice questions, your child’s written work, a scoring guide, and background information. Review these documents carefully keeping in mind that your child’s FSA scores are meant to complement other measurements like his or her report card marks and classroom assessments. If your child’s results appear inconsistent, ask his or her classroom teacher for more information. |
